We have had a large number of organizations reach out to host a virtual race through our website. We are excited to announce that we are ready to start our Charity Partner Races and help you host your own races through Virtual Run Events! When you partner with us your event will be posted on our website. We will help promote your event and will handle the entire registration process, gathering results and medal shipping for you.
*BECAUSE OUR FOCUS IS USING OUR RACES TO RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITIES, YOUR RACE MUST BE BENEFITING A CHARITY OR NON-PROFIT. Your event will be listed on our VIRTUAL RUN EVENTS WEBSITE!
What we will do:

-Medal design and production: we encourage you to have your medals and bibs designed and produced by our partners at Running Awards and Apparel. If you already have your own medals we can work that out as well.

-Your event will be listed on our website and will be seen by thousands of racers.

-Registration and payment processing

-We will create a link where you participants can post their races results.

-We will mail out all of your medals and bibs to participants.

How it works.
There is a financial risk in setting up a virtual race. You must earn enough revenue to cover the initial expense of the medals you order. The cost of medals depends on the size, design, and quantity of medals ordered, of course, but our advice is: If you don’t think you can get at least 100 people to register for your virtual race (not counting however many sign up because of our marketing efforts), it’s probably not worth the time and expense of setting it up.
Step by step process:

Decide if you want to design/order the medals for your race yourself or if you want us do this for you. It is very important that you plan this step well ahead of time, so there will be enough time to have your medals produced and delivered to us before the race period begins. It takes about 5 to 7 weeks for medals to be designed, produced and delivered to us.

Get the medals to us before your race period begins – the least expensive way is to have the manufacturer ship them directly to us.

Once your registration page is live on on our website, you can begin promoting your event. Add a link to the registration page on your website/paper entry form and spread the word however you can!

We will handle everything else. This includes collecting all of the registration info, inventory control, address verification, order fulfillment, and customer service.

At the end of the race period, we will send you the registration information from your race and your share of the revenue earned.

We charge an initial set-up fee and then withhold a portion of each registration to cover the transaction fees, shipping & handling, and so on.
