PUT ON THE FULL ARMOR OF GOD

Paul's words in Ephesians 6 describe the spiritual armor believers are called to put on:

The Belt of Truth — Stand firmly in God's truth.

The Breastplate of Righteousness — Live with integrity and faithfulness.

The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace — Walk confidently in God's peace.

The Shield of Faith — Trust God through every challenge.

The Helmet of Salvation — Remember the hope and assurance found in Christ.

The Sword of the Spirit — Hold tightly to the Word of God.

These aren't simply symbols on a medal.

They can become reminders to carry with you through every challenge—on the course and in everyday life.

Stand firm. Keep the faith. Keep moving forward.

A RACE WITH A DEEPER PURPOSE

This isn't about being the fastest.

It isn't about beating someone else's time.

It's about setting a goal, moving forward and remembering that strength doesn't have to come from you alone.

Maybe you're working toward your first 5K.

Maybe you're walking through a difficult season.

Maybe you want to challenge your Bible study or church group.

Or maybe you simply want a tangible reminder of a scripture that has meant something to you.

Whatever brings you to the starting line, make these miles meaningful.

One step. One mile. One prayer at a time.
