THE BIRTHDAY MEDAL YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU NEEDED

Birthday cake disappears.

Balloons eventually deflate.

But a capybara birthday medal?

Now we're talking.

Your registration includes the colorful Happy Capy Birthday finisher medal and race bib, giving you a fun keepsake from your birthday challenge. The medal and bib typically ship within 2–5 business days after registration.

Hang it on your medal rack.

Display it in your office.

Take ridiculous birthday pictures with it.

Or wear it while eating your birthday cake.

We won't judge.

You earned it.

START A NEW BIRTHDAY TRADITION

Instead of simply counting birthdays, start collecting birthday finish lines.

Imagine looking back at your medals years from now:

Your 40th birthday 5K.

Your 50th birthday walk.

The year you decided to attempt your first 10K.

The birthday you convinced your entire family to walk with you.

Or the year you surprised yourself by accomplishing something you weren't sure you could do.

The distance isn't what makes it meaningful.

The memory does.

Make the Happy Capy Birthday Race your annual excuse to get moving, celebrate another year, and do something just for you.

MAKE IT A BIRTHDAY PARTY

Who says you have to celebrate alone?

Invite your:

• Best friend
• Spouse
• Kids
• Parents
• Grandkids
• Running buddies
• Walking group
• Coworkers
• Entire birthday crew

Have everyone complete the same distance—or let each person choose their own.

Wear birthday hats.

Bring balloons.

Finish at your favorite restaurant.

Have cake waiting at your imaginary finish line.

Or simply take a birthday walk with someone you love.

Your birthday challenge can be as serious—or as silly—as you want it to be.

THE PERFECT GIFT FOR A CAPYBARA LOVER 🎁

Shopping for someone who already has enough coffee mugs and gift cards?
