Run, walk, jog or hike your chosen distance anytime from May through December 2026. 

Complete your miles outside, around your neighborhood, at a park, on your favorite trail, at the gym or on a treadmill.

3. MOVE AT YOUR OWN PACE

This is your journey.

There is no crowded starting line and no pressure to keep pace with anyone else.

Walk every mile if you'd like.

Run for a personal record.

Or simply use the challenge as motivation to get moving again.

4. CELEBRATE YOUR GROWTH
