There's no required starting line and no need to travel to an official race location.

Yes! One $30 registration includes TWO Sole Sisters medals and TWO race bibs — everything needed for two participants.

Is shipping included in the $30 price?

No. Shipping is additional and is not included in the $30 registration price.

Can the two medals be shipped to different addresses?

Both medals and bibs are shipped together to one address. If you and your Sole Sister live apart, the person receiving the package can send or give the second medal and bib to her Sole Sister.

Do we have to run the same distance?

No! Choose from 1 Mile, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon (13.1) or Marathon (26.2). Each Sole Sister can select the distance that works best for her.

Do we have to complete our races together?

No. You can complete your miles side by side or miles apart.

Can we walk instead of run?

Absolutely! Runners, walkers and joggers are all welcome.

When do we complete the race?

Do we have to submit a race time?

No. You can track your time for your own records, but timing is optional.
